Hundred Gardens Project

Photographers and Garden Enthusiasts Wanted! Want to see your gardens turn into visual art? Then join the hundred paintings project.

I'm starting a new painting project: 'Hundred Gardens'.

How you can participate: Send me a photo of your garden and I'll paint it. Even if you're not a professional photographer, you may send your digital or scanned photos. You will be given credits if your photo is selected. The artistic the shot is, the better chance it will have to be chosen and painted among the firsts. Let me know which town, state or country your garden is located. Consider it a virtual global garden tour for online viewers to see.

Thanks and I look forward to seeing your beautiful gardens. It's time to show off your green thumbs and let your hard work be seen.

Have a question? Just drop me a line.

Hi Sherie!
So nice to meet you! I just read your message over at my flickr photo stream and I feel honored and very excited that you want to paint a picture of my garden!
You can take that picture from flickr, it is there in several different sizes.http://www.flickr.com/photos/boxwoodcottage/4761836128/sizes/l/ Is there a special reason that you chose just that one from my over 300 garden photos there? http://www.flickr.com/photos/boxwoodcottage/sets/72157600013913928/
Sending you warmest wishes from Germany
Carola

Hi Carola.

I'm so glad to have met you too. Something in that particular shot is so inviting. Perhaps, the charm of the two vintage chairs that seem to invite the viewer to take a seat and enjoy the quietness and serene beauty of your cottage. I messaged you in your blog too. Let me know if you'll be interested in the project I proposed.

Sending you cheers from sunny Chicago!

Take care.
